KENT – The Kent State University Men’s Basketball team is set to begin varsity season number 110 in the 75th year their home arena The Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center has been open, under the direction of Head Coach Rob Senderoff. The Golden Flashes will tip-off their 2025-2026 season against the Troy Trojans on Monday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. Coach Senderoff is entering his 15th season at the helm of the Golden Flashes and returns eight players from a squad that posted a 24-12 record and reached the National Invitation Tournament Quarterfinals during the 2024-2025 season. The Blue and Gold will host the Trojans of Troy University as part of the Mid-American Conference Sun Belt Conference Challenge.
