KENT, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University men’s basketball team took the Kent State Golden Flashes down to the wire on KSU’s home floor Tuesday night (Jan. 6). Over the course of the game, the lead changed hands 22 times with 17 ties along the way as well. In the end, Kent State pulled out a 96-93 final score despite Javontae Campbell’s near double-double with 28 points, nine assists and six rebounds. The loss moves Bowling Green to 11-5 on the season while being 2-2 to begin MAC play.
